The Turars were once enemies of Inglip. After an exhausting war, the Turars surrendered and submited to the will of Inglip and have accepted the Dectrip faith as their only true faith. Inglip asked of the Turars to bring him an offering as payment to his tribute. Inglip asked for the Unflon Cap, a sacred cap of the Turar warlords. The sacred cap is worth 30 bablunt, the currency of the gropagas which was established ahortly after the defeat of the Turars.
The Dark Lord Inglip demands the Unflon Cap from the defeated Turars and the bablunt is soon established as the currency of the gropagas.
